BEST run Pharmacy anywhere. I transferred all of my prescriptions here. There is always a Human to talk to and they get things done.

My wife and I have been going here for a few years now. A few of the people there know our names and are always super nice. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this place. We love it.

I won't go anywhere else. The staff in the pharmacy are always very helpful. I always get the lowest prices and the most prompt service. I love the free delivery service.

I have used this HEB Pharmacy for years. It is by far one of the BEST I have used in all the HEB locations. I recently moved further away from this HEB at 2800 Whitestone in Cedar Park, but I STILL continue to drive past 2 other HEB pharmacies to use this location as their staff is by far the best of the best!!

Updated review: I just want to bump this up in hopes they see this. The pharmacists here have consistently caught mistakes made by my parents doctors, they are literal life savers and I am so grateful for them and their bed side manner! I love all the staff here. They're always friendly even when they're particularly busy. One staff member in particular stood out a few weeks ago, I wish I knew her name but she was young and had long brown hair. I think maybe a pharmacist. I was going through a lot at the time and found out my prescription wasn't labeled as work comp when it was meant to be. It was maybe 2 or 3 minutes before the doctors office was going to close and I felt discouraged. I said I could go ahead and pay for it; she offered to call them to see if she could it fixed and I said no, she offered a few more times and I'm glad she didn't give up on offering because eventually I said yes might as well try. It only took maybe a minute or so and it was confirmed work comp and I saved $20. I can't express my gratitude enough. The staff here really does care for the customers.

TO H-E-B MANAGEMENT Cedar Park/Whitestone: I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the H-E-B Pharmacy team. When my car broke down while I was in line, they were extremely kind, professional, and supportive. They offered me water, placed cones to alert others, and ensured I was comfortable. Their compassion truly made a stressful situation much easier. 🥰

Love coming to HEB! Their products are nice and fresh! They recently put Pokemon vending machines and that’s an extra funness to shopping here! :)
